As a software engineer who’s spent most of their career in the performance marketing agency space, I’ve always been trying to make our team more efficient. Building tools and solutions for all sorts of process enhancement and to reduce busywork. Recently, while on the hunt for busywork amongst the team, I discovered the massive amount of time it takes on a daily basis for our paid media specialists to build and launch campaigns (predominantly on Meta). So off I set, and landed up doing what I do, and built a solution which the team has adopted and uses which has made a significant impact on the amount of time we spend ‘building ads’! As a agency owner, I want my team spending time thinking, strategizing and focusing on innovation - not spending hours wrestling the Meta Ad Manager Interface just to upload ads 😎 I hope this can make someone else spend less time clicking, and more time thinking! 💭
