I launched a new Apify Actor for Harris County court records.
It scrapes public County Clerk probate and civil case searches, then saves one dataset row per case with metadata, parties, attorneys, addresses, filing events, source URLs, and scrape context.
It supports case number, filing date range, party, attorney, and company name searches. Useful for legal research, title work, probate research, due diligence, and scheduled monitoring.
If you try it, please let me know what you think 🫡

How does it handle cases where the same party name shows up across dozens of filings, and does the dataset export dedupe those or leave the cleanup to me?

How does this handle the county's reCAPTCHA or rate limits when pulling a large batch of cases, and is the actor set up to stay within Harris County's terms of use?

How does the scraper handle rate limits or CAPTCHAs from the county clerk's site, and are any extra fees baked in beyond Apify's compute costs?

Pulled a few probate cases by attorney name and the export came out clean with all the parties and addresses lined up, no weird formatting. The case number filter saved me a ton of clicking around the county clerk site.
