Alternative use case: photo-sharing app for couples.
Reminds me of Flashgap, an app that sends the friends in your group, photos from last night the morning after.

@rrhoover definitely reminiscent, but the idea of unlocking only while in proximity is so cool in its own right. would make an interesting secure file sharing app...
Uses BLTE/MPC to share pics and vids. So, different to SnapChat and iCloud - the pics don't go to a server. Interesting twist on keeping your pics private while sharing.
Works well with newer iPhones - can be a bit unstable with older phones.
Pretty cool, I just don't really understand the use case...it's for friends who are intimate enough that they want to share private content, but not so intimate that they'd trust each other with it? Then again I'm old and don't use stuff like Snapchat so perhaps I'm missing something.
I can see a use case for couples though....risque content they only want accessible when they're together.
The right section "Similar Product" is so powerful, very efficient to spot where the original idea came from. I really like HangoverApp design, but Flashgap is already massive in the US and Europe: https://www.producthunt.com/tech...

@emmanueldarmon source for 'massive'? Both are nice executions. Slightly different real-world twist on hangoverapp with needing to be near each other.

a truly brilliant way to bridge physical and digital interaction. would be interesting if you could all opt in to allow some photos to be unlocked while not in each others' proximity. love the concept of this app.
