🚀 We just launched the public alpha of Hack’n’Scrum!
Scrum can be a grind — too many meetings, too little focus, fading motivation?
Hack’n’Scrum is here to change that.
💡 We bring gamification into your sprint routine to boost:
🎯 Focus,
🧠 motivation,
and 🤝 team spirit.
With progress tracking, challenges, and in-sprint rewards, we help teams stay aligned and actually enjoy the process.

💬 We’d love your feedback — it’s the only way we get better.
Thanks for being part of the journey! 💚
Really love the gamification approach! Turning tickets into quests with real-life rewards is such a smart way to boost motivation.
Also love that it's integrated directly with Jira – no extra tool hopping, just seamlessly part of the existing workflow. Can’t wait to see how this evolves!
@elmanu91
Thanks a lot – love that you picked up on the gamification aspect! 🙌
We're actually working on adding even more depth to the game layer:
Soon there will be Dungeons, each bringing a different sprint focus – like a Bug Dungeon, where resolving bugs counts double. 🐛
We're also planning to introduce Boss Fights that the whole team can tackle together. Think of it as collaborative challenges that boost team spirit and output.
Lots of cool stuff ahead – stay tuned! 🎮⚔️
Wow, love the clean and modern UI – looks really slick! 😍 Super curious to see what kind of metrics and KPIs you’ll be tracking. Looking forward to the release and would love to be part of the beta if there’s a chance! 🚀

Thanks so much! 🙌 We're thrilled you like the UI!
We're currently working on exciting features like a Team Health Score, sprint performance metrics, and a forecast for upcoming sprints.
You’ll also get team-level insights to detect bottlenecks early and improve collaboration. Stay tuned – more to come soon! 🚀
Do you actually need a scrum master to manage this tool?
@carlos_hjlem
Hey Carlos,
thanks for your comment and the great question!
We’re lucky to have an experienced Agile Coach as part of our founding team, so at the moment we don’t see the need for an additional Scrum Master.
Really appreciate your interest and happy to stay in touch!
Best regards,
Simon

Hi Carlos,
I believe Simon may have slightly misunderstood your point. A team can use the tool without needing a Scrum Master. However, having a Scrum Master involved can still make a significant difference. While the team can handle it on their own, a Scrum Master helps drive continuous improvement, ensures the tool is used not just correctly but effectively, and facilitates timely follow-ups on actions. In reality, teams often don’t have enough time to take care of these things consistently, especially when delivery pressure is high.
So no, a Scrum Master isn’t required to manage the tool – but their support can help the team move faster and more deliberately in the right direction.
Best regards,
Bernd
