Review of Guide to Rethinking Performance Reviews
This guide is incredibly valuable, I actually can't believe that Claire is sharing this information for free. I've been in HR for 10+ years and have been very passionate about humanizing work systems - performance reviews have been a particular sticking point for me. Claire + team have done all of the research and put it in a guide using layperson's language (read: accessible to everyone, not ONLY HR professionals) and provided super clear, realistic recommendations for companies looking to better enable their people. 5/5 would recommend, really appreciating that this exists.
