I built GrowthRoles out of frustration.
I was job hunting as a growth marketer a couple of years ago.
Every day looked the same: open LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, and scroll through the same old listings.
Most of them were either filled, outdated, or irrelevant. Some jobs were reposted so many times that I had them memorized.
Others looked promising but never led anywhere. It felt like I was sending my resume into a black hole.
Unfortunately, many are in this very same boat today.
What would a job board built only for marketers look like?
And that question led to GrowthRoles. I wanted to make it not like any other job board but one:
That is exclusively for marketers.
That pulls jobs directly from the company's career pages.
That updates once every hour with new opportunities.

My team and I are not trying to reinvent the wheel.

Founder's reasoning is brilliant, looks like a thoughtful product. Although - it it just a portal for Growth Marketing jobs, or also other marketing jobs such as the one I'm interested in, Content Writing? Certain messaging points suggest it is the latter also, but primary messaging doesn't induce confidence.
This is so much needed.
Searching growth roles on LinkedIn is so much overwhelming now. This is very much needed.

Such a huge world for marketing jobs that too worldwide for all categories with ATS relevancy.
One of the most efficient tools to find Jobs. Job posting on LinkedIn has become a tool for engagement for company pages. We needed something like this to our marketing industry!
