Treat close scores as a tie and surface readiness blockers instead of manufacturing certainty. 4. If outside help is needed, run vendors through six hard gates before comparing seven weighted dimensions. A failed gate cannot be rescued by a high score. 5. Save the workspace locally or export a CSV decision record. There is no signup, and project details, notes and scores stay in your browser unless you choose to export them.
