This is a great product! I love how they have one-off actions as well as structured programmes. This is a good move, as from the behaviour change perspective, people want to choose an appropriate level of challenge for themselves. E.g. someone who is just dipping their toes in and only entertaining the idea of making changes might start with one-off action that won't overwhelm them. And someone who has a higher level of motivation and confidence might go for a full programme 👍
