On Greenboard Forums, part of the Greenboard Suite, students ask questions they are curious about and answer questions in fields they have knowledge in. Students interact with each other without treating it as a social network through the minimalistic UI.
Hello Product Hunt,
Iβm Varun Singh. I'm happy to share with you Greenboard's Q&A SaaS and mobile product: Greenboard Forums. Greenboard Forums lets users ask and answer questions, without having to worry about the distractions, unproductive (albeit sometimes entertaining) comments on social networking forum sites. Borum Forum uses Flutter for the mobile app and PHP for its front-end to avoid extra dependencies.
Who is this for?
π Students
π Readers
π Learners
Why did I make this?
Reddit and Quora give users the ability to ask and answer questions, but also have attracted social network qualities and low-quality content. Quora's moderation is not great, and Reddit has lots of features, such as flagging, karma, vertical 5-second videos ("shorts") that have altered its purpose. Greenboard Forums will not implement these features, and it will ensure high-quality content with its own internal validation when asking questions.
