Gradus turns your tasks, habits, goals, calendar, and journal into one connected system — real XP, levels, and streaks. No RPG cosplay, just consistency that actually feels like progress instead of guilt.

Hey everyone 👋
I'm SYKATT, solo dev building Gradus. Started as a simple task tracker, but I kept feeling like every productivity app treats consistency like a chore instead of something rewarding, so I added XP, levels, and streaks across tasks, habits, goals, calendar, and journal, all feeding one system.
A few things that make it different from the RPG-style apps (Habitica etc.): no characters, no game cosplay, just your real tasks/habits/goals, gamified lightly, not buried under mechanics.
Built solo with React/Vite + Supabase. Free to use right now, no premium tier, just trying to get this right before I think about monetization.
Would genuinely love your feedback --- what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd want next. Thanks for checking it out! 🙏
tied it to my calendar and tasks yesterday and the xp actually matches what i did, not just what i checked off. the streak counter nudged me back this morning instead of making me feel bad for missing a day.
@erdoanpyfi Really glad it clicked for you. The goal is to make consistency feel encouraging, not punishing. Thanks for sharing! 🚀
The way you tie journal entries and task completion into the same XP pool is genuinely clever, makes the whole thing feel like one rhythm instead of five separate apps arguing with each other.
@duygu167946 Thanks, Duygu! That "one rhythm" feeling is exactly what we were aiming for. Really appreciate you noticing it.
the levels and streaks make daily journaling actually stick for me, way better than guilt-trip reminders i've tried before.
@tcellat38122 Thanks! But tbh I don't see you on my database.
