Congrats! Safety and privacy are indeed concerns for users, but what I don't quite understand is, do users need to store their private information in your product? Otherwise, how can it be filtered before calling ChatGPT?

@rick_fan Thank you for your support. That's a really good question. GPTGuard is built using our Protecto APIs. Our APIs use our own AI/ML models to identify what is sensitive and mask them. You need not tell explicitly tell what is sensitive, Every session data is deleted immediately after the chat session is closed. So we do not store or share your private information. For enterprises and users actual solution will be deployed completely in their own private Cloud, with your firewall and security settings. All the private information stays within your private Cloud. Hope you got more clarity from this.

Congrats on the launch @protecto_ai Much needed. Leveraging chatgpt without compromising on privacy. The bigger you become the harder it’s to adapt new technologies - it’s not the skill set problem or money, it’s the complexity of handling data and risk of exposing something sensitive. This product would be of a greater advantage here for bigger ships to adapt and move forward sooner.. Great product!! 👏👏👏
