Search government open-data APIs across 10 countries

National open-data portals list thousands of APIs, but each portal has its own search and many entries are plain files. GovAPI Atlas reads the portals of Korea, Japan, the US, France, Germany, the UK, Taiwan, Canada, Australia and Singapore every week and keeps only entries you can call as an API or web service. Search by name, publisher and topic, then open the record on the original portal. It does not host or proxy any API. Free, no sign-up.

Hi Product Hunt. I'm part of a small team that builds free web tools.
We made GovAPI Atlas because finding a usable government API usually means opening ten portals with ten different search screens, and most results turn out to be CSV downloads rather than something you can call. Each country edition reads one national portal once a week and keeps only the entries published as an API or web service. It shows when the list was collected and how its count compares with the portal's own total, so you can see what was left out and why.
Starred APIs stay in your browser, with no account. We do not host or proxy the APIs; every name links back to the original portal record, where you apply for keys.
Feedback we'd like: which country's portal should we add next, and which filter would save you the most time? You can also write to hello@govapiatlas.com.
