As a child, I made cards like these by hand to give to my mom for her birthday. I would write, "this coupon is redeemable for one free 20-minute back rub."
I see some great monetization strategies here: selling the things to make the coupon happen. IE: Use the service to send a massage coupon, and also pre-load amazon cart (or directly sell) massage oil, candles, etc.
Can anyone sound off on whether or not coupons like this (or the traditional kind Ryan mentioned) are valued by recipients? I assume parents will appreciate the ones from their kids regardless of the quality/execution, but for romantic couples or close friends, do gifts like this work?
