I wanted a map that's actually alive — updated by people who are physically there, not a database someone touched once and forgot about. The idea: locals post free things to do, deals, and events happening around them, and it shows up on a live map instantly for everyone nearby. The part that took the longest to get right was trust — anyone can post anything, so Gofy checks posts against real presence at the location instead of just taking someone's word for it. That's also what makes the earning side work: people who post real, verified spots can actually get paid for it, without it turning into spam.
