Congrats on your launch! Static forms are such a conversation killer. We've been trying to collect early user feedback pre-launch and the drop-off is real. Can you set it up to ask different follow-up questions depending on how someone answers, or does it follow a fixed flow?

Short answer: no fixed flow. You describe the data you want, and the AI runs the conversation. Follow-ups branch based on what the person actually says.
Gnosari has 4 collection modes you can pick from:
Passive: the AI just chats naturally and extracts data silently in the background. Zero "form feel." Best when you don't want to interrupt the flow.
Opportunistic: stays conversational, but when someone mentions something relevant it probes a bit deeper. Feels like a curious human, not an interrogation.
Active: proactively asks for each field you've defined, but phrases and orders questions based on context. Closest to a "smart form" but still adaptive.
Guided: you give it a custom script/prompt and it follows your structure while still adapting wording to each person.
For pre-launch feedback I'd probably start with Opportunistic — you get the depth of real answers without people bouncing because it feels like a survey. Happy to help you set it up if you want to try it.
