Hey Product Hunt👋! First, big thanks to @benln for hunting us We're thrilled to unveil Gloww to you. About 1.5 years ago, we realized that virtual/hybrid meetings needed to move forward. Chances are, you've encountered these all-too-familiar virtual meetings pitfalls: 1. The repetitive grid of faces, devoid of creativity or branding. 2. Minimal and cumbersome ways to interact with each other 3. The Share Screen Nightmares (“can you see my screen?” vs “oops, I didn’t mean for you to see that”). 4. Sharing video or audio? More often than not, it’s a miss. 5. Re-setting tabs/directories with meeting materials over and over. 6. The ever-present stress of playing host, managing content, and gauging participants' engagement simultaneously. We built Gloww to allow hosts to run beautifully designed, highly interactive meetings seamlessly. We have a unique take on how meetings are designed and hosted. Instead of a video conferencing tool packed with tons of menus, knobs and buttons, Gloww, allows you to pick a ready made meeting template (or design your own) that really fits your meeting’s purpose. From a pixel-level visual design all the way to rich ways to engage and collaborate with your attendees, all without leaving the meeting window. For those who run the same session multiple times (e.g. business reviews, training, sales calls), Gloww allows you to prepare your meeting once and reuse your design as needed. And once you wrap up, you'll receive a detailed recap, including recordings, screenshots, attendance stats, engagement levels, and attendee ratings. Thanks @gadi_royz, that's awesome to hear! Gloww allows up to 1,000 participants per session, this depends on the Gloww plan you're on. The Free plan is useful for small team meetings and allows up to 5 participants and 1 hour long sessions.

We tried to build Gloww with engagement built-in from the ground up, to avoid the common disconnect participants feel in standard virtual conferencing tools. We do that with 3 key elements: 1. Interactivity: Gloww offers dozens of interactivity apps to boost participant engagement, a few examples: Multiple choice quiz, Gameshow-like buzzer, Wordcloud questions, Polls, Digital whiteboard, Sticky notes, Leaderboard, Scribbling & annotation and many more. Just like Java did to the web in the 90's, we aim to transform virtual meetings from 'read-only' talking heads, to a full interactive experience. 2. Content: Any content can be incorporated in a Gloww session, to name a few- Text, Images, Presentations, Music and audio files, uploaded videos, YouTube videos, screenshare and more. 3. Design and branding: Gloww sessions are built out of scenes (like presentation slides), each scene is fully customizable, you can apply your branding kit (logo, colors, fonts, etc.) to make each session fully designed. We see it really unleashes creativity with our users.

Some examples of meetings and events our customers use Gloww for are: - Team weekly meetings - Team building events - Employee and customer training and onboarding sessions - Webinars with customers and prospects - Product reviews - Monthly / Quarterly business reviews - All-hands and town-halls - 1:1 meetings - Interviews We see more meetings types everyday, but these are the most common.

Regarding Zuddl - it's an amazing platform for large scale event management, Gloww allows you to design meetings, events and sessions in all shapes and sizes - from your 1:1's, team meeting and team building to large all-hands and webinars with up to 1,000 attendees - allowing you full flexibility and creativity to make sure your meetings / sessions are engaging and meet their goals.
