onboarding is a huge pain, they need extensive details to be filled, without filling this complicated and buggy form you cant even complete the signup. Plus not a startup friendly or potential user who just want to explore the app and offering first, they need your tax info, manufacturing partner info and so on.. 2 star for the product concept. You guys need to think over this seriously, if you are comfortable with dropoffs than you are doing really good..
