I launched GhostedBy because candidates invest hours applying and interviewing, but what happens next is mostly invisible. Before applying: check how a company treats candidates. After applying: track everything privately. If they go silent: report it and help the next candidate. Your applications and identity stay private. Only the collective record becomes public. I’m building this solo, it’s community funded, and free for candidates. Companies can’t pay for a better record, and candidates shouldn’t have to pay to see it. We launched September 1.
