I’m David, and I’ve spent years looking at complex systems through the lens of an architect. When I pivoted into AI automation, I noticed a massive "architectural flaw" in how we hire people: recruitment is drowning in manual, repetitive tasks that kill productivity.
I built Ghost-Recruiter to solve one specific problem: the "Resume Black Hole."
Most ATS systems today rely on lazy keyword matching. If a brilliant candidate doesn't use the exact "right" words, they are invisible. Ghost-Recruiter changes that. By using n8n as the orchestrator and Google Gemini as the brain, the system understands context and intent, not just keywords.
