I image this could be extremely useful for high-touch products for a certain type of audience. Personally, I'd prefer to text chat in most cases. That's why I use TalkTo whenever I can... not a fan of talking on the phone.
Yes me too text is enough!. i think the perfect use case would be products that depends a lot on a customer service. We have the owner here as well @afathalla
