We used Gemnote at PlateJoy.com to send 100s of cards to our customers, and one told us she literally framed it and has it displayed in her living room :D

@lastridgely We work with your company to custom design the cards. Usually, our clients will send us a logo and style guide and we have designers that will have 3 designs for you to choose from. Other times, companies will hand it off to their own inhouse design team or their agency and send it to us.
I really love the handwritten card, it is a simple gesture that can make a gift personal, something that is difficult in busy company cultures. Great product!
