I built this to help out my daughter. She's involved with Hawaii State Student Council, and they have a conference every year that is attended by hundreds of students across the state. And, they've always relied on Google Forms and Sheets, which as we all know is a bit of organization chaos. Especially, since the organizers have to know where students are at all times for liability reasons. We developed Gatheroo, not only to fulfill all the requirements to run a successful conference, but also to provide the analytics, ease-of-use, and organizational structure that existing tools just couldn’t offer. With Gatheroo, organizers can schedule workshops, manage attendees in real-time, send announcements, and even handle waitlists — all from one place.
