GapSight is different because it doesn’t just show what users say — it reveals what they *don’t* say. Most review tools stop at ratings and sentiment. GapSight goes deeper by finding missing feedback, hidden frustrations, and unmet expectations inside reviews. Instead of just “good or bad,” it shows: --> what users expected but didn’t get --> what keeps coming up indirectly in complaints --> what product gaps are stopping satisfaction
I built GapSight because most review platforms only tell you *what users say*, but not what they actually mean.
While working with product and data feedback, I noticed a pattern: users often don’t clearly express their real frustrations or expectations—they hint at them. That’s where valuable insights get lost.
GapSight is my attempt to solve this problem by uncovering those hidden gaps inside reviews, so teams can understand what’s missing, what’s broken, and what users silently expect.
Excited to hear your thoughts and feedback.
