Hello! My name is Alan and today I launched https://gametips.gg. GameTips.gg was honestly founded by accident. I decided to teach myself the Laravel framework and in doing so I built out the foundation of what became the gametips.gg website. I've always enjoyed using sites like gamefaqs.com but have always felt that they were really a product of their time (and it shows). As such, I always wanted to try my hand at building what I would consider to be a modern equivalent.
