Great hunt @hunterwalk. It's an interesting concept, but I'm curious how Gametime handles the tickets. Do they work directly with the sports teams or do they purchase the tickets and resell them? Regardless, wouldn't selling them at the last second potentially lose you money?
I'm thinking of a game that two weeks ago, was one of the most hyped games of the year. Then two of our players got injured - and no one wants to watch them lose badly. The value in the ticket from two weeks ago would have been much more, than they will be if I try to buy them the day of? Right?

Have any ticket platforms been able to sell tickets once the game's started? When I used to live by the ballpark you could get into games in the 2nd or 3rd inning for $10 or even less sometimes. Scalping-aaS?
Brad and team at Gametime are awesome. Such a better experience than the rest of the ticket players. I've been to a few games with it.
The big thing is that I've shared it with my non techie friends in Chicago and Boston and they are in love with it. Getting it through the non-techie filter is one of the tests I uses for mass market potential.

@bbalfour This is such a natural thing to jump the chasm, I doubt they'll have much problem with adoption among non-techies. Getting that crowd it's just an awareness challenge. Sports games are like Uber, you usually go with someone else, spread the gospel, natural conversion.
