Hey yall! I created this platform that compiles a list of companies in the United States based on their recent Form D Filings. What this means is that, within a couple hours of them filing (on a public site so it is all publicly available information), this platform will have their information categorized and enriched. Ive noticed that even platforms like Crunchbase take days sometimes weeks to update this information (unless the company proactively announces on there), so I think there is some value in the speed at which is info obtainable. Again, this is all publicly available information, it's just that the SEC site is a pain to navigate and there are no filters for the type of company you are looking for. So essentially this helps you find the type of company that you are looking for, very quickly. This is the first app ive ever made (of course using the help of agentic coding platforms), but Id like to see how useful this can be, and I also want to make it better. Its got some agentic features Ive added to it as well, and some note taking features, that are integrated with the agentic research experience. (I like this kind of thing 😆). But what I like may not be what you guys would like, so I was hoping you could give it a try, and see if there's anything I could improve on. I have a 7 day free trial on it so you can try it no strings attached (o credit card info needed). And if you do like, it, and would like to support its development via a subscription, then I would really appreciate that too. You don't have to, but that's up to you 😊.
