I built this because I was burned out, tried every wellness app on the market, and hated all of them. They either treated me like a child ("You did it! Gold star!") or like a productivity machine ("Optimize! Hustle! Crush it!"). Neither felt real. So I built the app I actually wanted: something that treats you like an intelligent adult, acknowledges that life is messy, and celebrates showing up even when it's hard.
