I've been using Freshsales CRM for the past 3 years and it helps my business and manage their sales processes effectively. Here are my top pros I've experienced in my tenure with the CRM. 1. Lead Management: Freshsales allows users to manage leads effectively by organizing them into different stages of the sales pipeline, assigning tasks, and scheduling follow-up reminders. 3. Contact Management: With Freshsales, users can easily manage all their contacts in one place, view their interactions, and keep track of communication history. 4. Sales Reporting: Freshsales offers customizable reports that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity. The in-house Analytics feature available in the Freshsales CRM platform is out of the world. 5. Email Tracking: Freshsales tracks email opens, clicks, and replies, allowing users to gauge the effectiveness of their email campaigns. 6. Integrations: Freshsales integrates with popular third-party tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Zapier, and more, making it easy to sync data between different applications. 7. Mobile App: Freshsales has a mobile app that allows users to manage their sales pipeline, contacts, and tasks on-the-go. Cons: 1. Report download takes a bit longer. Looks like I'm waiting for 2 mins to receive the download of custom reports.
