Sales Reporting: Freshsales offers customizable reports that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity. The in-house Analytics feature available in the Freshsales CRM platform is out of the world. 5. Email Tracking: Freshsales tracks email opens, clicks, and replies, allowing users to gauge the effectiveness of their email campaigns. 6. Integrations: Freshsales integrates with popular third-party tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Zapier, and more, making it easy to sync data between different applications. 7.
