After spending the past year heads down building, we’re excited to bring Frec out of stealth. We built Frec to give everyone access to sophisticated investment products so they can benefit and reach financial independence faster. What is Direct Indexing? It’s index investing that gets you more. By owning individual stocks and algorithmically tax loss harvesting them on a daily basis, Direct Indexing lets you track the performance of an index (such as the S&P 500) while unlocking a host of benefits. It lets you:

Our algorithms perform daily tax loss harvesting that can capture up to 45% of the value of an investment in capital losses - or $19 in real tax savings for every $100 deposited. When reinvested, this can increase your returns by 2.11% annually.
⚙️ Customize your investments. Unlike investing in an ETF, you can customize your investments by adding or excluding companies and sectors. If you work at a tech company included in an ETF, easily exclude it so you’re not over concentrated.
✌️ Set it and forget it. The entire process is automated at a low 0.10% fee, similar to the cost of an ETF and a fraction of robo-advisors.
