@sadokx Thank you for stopping by! If you are a designer, you want to take a look at the O-1B visa. More information on this visa can be found here (https://www.uscis.gov/working-un...). Thank you very much!

@rkhkim2010, seriously great idea on innovating immigration. Maybe there is a possible collaboration with @simplecitizenUS in YC summer 16.
@waiteonryan@simplecitizenus Thank you for your interest in FoundVisa. That is a very great idea. I've known SimpleCitizen for long time and would love to collaborate at some point in the future.
The wording of the landing is very misleading: "Applying for a visa typically takes months and costs an average of $6,000...Get your application reviewed by a lawyer supported by our technology, save you thousands of dollars"
I love the concept of making it easier for people to get to the US (I went through an O1). But you are setting the wrong expectations regarding the final pricing.
@ompemi We are in the middle of updating the wording and FAQ page to get rid of confusion on users' side. We were planning to update it yesterday and it got delayed a bit due to technical issues. I will update this comment when it is done!
**UPDATE: I want to let you know that we have updated the wording on FoundVisa website! Please take a look at it and let me know if you are still confused!

I'm surprised no one has asked the (arguably) most important question: what is the track record of FoundVisa customers getting their O1 approved (for the various stages of service you offer) and what are their backgrounds (case studies) ?
Because let's be fair - it's not about the marginal cost saving but about having a higher chance of acceptance.

@rkhkim2010 congratulations for the launch of the product! As a person who have gone through some itsy bitsy legal routes of immigration in the states, especially for founders, this service does give a more transparent route for those who want to start in the US. As the startup visa is (kinda) dead, the only way a startup founder could continue working would be with a H1B (which is capped), treaty visas or O-1. It would be a cool thing if you could expand your service more by collaborating with US unis to provide uncapped H1Bs.
@dendisuhubdy Thank you very much for your kind words! I will do my best in the future to make the process or the system better as much as I can do. This immigration issue deeply touches me and we can move forward by having a lot of people trying to solve the issue.
