I m currently working on how ForexRater presents broker ratings, and I m considering two different approaches.
Option A: Simple overall score
Show one overall rating at the top, with the methodology and individual factors available when users expand the details.
This makes the comparison faster and easier to scan, but some users may question how the final score was calculated.
Spreads and licensing info laid out cleanly in one view - saved me a ton of tab switching when comparing brokers. Wish the risk factor section went a bit deeper though.
The regulation comparison side-by-side is genuinely useful, saved me digging through five different broker sites to check licenses. Spreads data looks accurate too based on a couple I already use.
Have you considered adding a side by side cost calculator that lets me plug in my typical trade size and frequency to estimate monthly costs at each broker? Static spread tables are useful, but seeing the real impact on my bottom line would make the comparison way more actionable.
The side-by-side regulator info is genuinely useful, most review sites bury that stuff under affiliate links.
