I decided to try Folk after seing friends posting about it on Linkedin ... and I have just been amazed by this product. It's the perfect tool to centralize and organise ALL your contacts. Before Folk I was frustrated because I networked a lot and met lot of great new people every week (I had 5K+ connections on LinKedin) but I couldn't "use" or track my relationships and connections properly, even at short term. Now I use my network in the most optimal way, both professionally and personally. Thanks folk

Folk is to CRMs what Asana is to project management tools: better than all the other options. I've tried so many CRMs including Salesforce, Insightly, Capsule, Copper, Aptivo, and plain old spreadsheets, and they were either too clunky, missing key features, or I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to unlock pretty basic features. I love that in Capsule I can create unlimited different types of groups to put my contacts into. Other CRMs either don't have that option or charge way too much for it.

Finally a way to track your network and make sure it stays live. The "mail merge" feature is super easy to use and super efficient. Love it!

Folk became my single source of truth. It is the place where I log all my contacts and monitor all my discussions with external people. It is also very convenient to share specific list of contacts with people outside my company.

We use Folk for a few month and we are big fans, they have an exceptional support service and clearly listen to feedback to improve the experience. Also they ship new features very fast! Well done gang!
