I’m Timo, a solo founder balancing a full-time job, a baby at home and building products late at night.
FocusMap was born from a messy workflow where nothing pointed to what actually mattered next.
Tasks were split between Notion, iOS Reminders and even Google Sheets mixed with random ideas.
There was no real roadmap, just a chaos of notes and guesses.
