Hey Hunters👋
 Thanks @kevin for hunting us!
We have been working on Focus for the last 2 years and learn a lot about OKRs and remote communication. The lack of alignment between team members impacts on team outcomes. People don't know what matters the most. Some companies start to use OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to be more focused. However, it's not so simple as it might look. Many OKRs tools are overcomplicated with different features that you don't need. At the same time, continuous zoom meetings take a lot of time because it's never been so easy to "jump on another call." All these things, together with loneliness from remote work, don't make our work life happier.  That's why we decided to build Focus and fix it. Create a simple and useful tool that allows you to achieve better results and feel happier.  At Focus, we have 3 main parts that allow teams to go to the next level of team management game: – Strategy: identify top priorities by setting OKRs and keep your team's focus on them day after day. – Execution: escape from pointless meetings. Automate standup, weekly plans, updates, and more. Replace lengthy meetings and other interruptions with efficient online check-ins. – Culture: empower people and unlock their best performance. Build happy and high-performing teams.
🙏 Try it out to improve your OKRs, save time, and achieve better results -- and please let us know what you think!

Hey Anton! Good job! 👍🙂 How did you find the idea? What was the problem you are faced with?
Anton Cherkasov
@shashcoffe thanks Alexey! Really appreciate it! When I was in corporate world, I really struggle with the lack of alignment. People didn't understand how they impact on company's goals. Different teams sometimes worked on opposite goals. And there wasn't clarity on what's going in the company, what're our top priorities. That's why we decided to build Focus.

@a007mr Understood. Thx for the answer, Anton. It's really cool when your product is from your pain point. Have a good product hunt day)
Anton Cherkasov
@shashcoffe thank you, Alexey!

The product looks very interesting. As a solo founder using Notion to track my progress, I see the value of having OKRs and graphs in one place. I have signed up to try it. Btw, when I signed up, the page didn't redirect or refresh after clicking Signup.
Anton Cherkasov
@orask thank you so much for your feedback and support! I really appreciate it! Did you see the message that we sent you an email to confirm your email address?
Oras Al-Kubaisi
I did and verified my account successfully. I had a quick look and created my first OKR. I quite like that you have examples when the OKRs are empty to show how they will look like. I think it would be great if you can make these examples more transparent (like 50%) transparent to keep the {focus} on creating new ones. But this is just a personal preference, take it with a grain of salt.
Anton Cherkasov
@orask it makes sense! Good point! Thank your for your feedback!
Oras Al-Kubaisi
1. Creating OKRs is pretty easy with examples. 2. Creating tasks and assigning them to OKRs is great! I anticipate that this feature in itself will increase my focus to hit my OKRs. 3. Dashboard showing the progress. 4. Daily check-ins works as a journal for daily learnings.
Anton Cherkasov
@orask your feedback is a gem. Thanks for highlighting main points. You did it better than our description :) Thanks man!

What a great concept! I would recommend integrating other tools (such as Salesforce etc.) to fully understand the picture and to connect the OKRs with the company's business and past results. Good luck!
Anton Cherkasov
@guy_altagar2 great advice Guy! We have it in our roadmap. Thanks for your feedback!
