Excited to share FlowTracks — an app to help you set goals and stay consistent by tracking your focused time. 🎯 Why I built it: I used to end each month wondering where my time went. I felt like I was working all the time — but when I looked closer, I was barely doing 2 hours of real focused work a day. That hit hard. I realized that unless I track my time strictly, I lose control of it. We can’t control when we hit a goal — but we can control how much time we spend moving toward it. FlowTracks is built around that idea.
