Hi👋 I’m building FlowPilot because I kept running into the same problem as a project manager: Creating a schedule is easy. Keeping it aligned with real progress, risks, and changing priorities is the hard part. Most tools I tried were either too lightweight for real project tracking, or too heavy for daily execution. FlowPilot is my attempt to create a simpler workspace for: - project tasks - calendar planning - Gantt-style schedule tracking - risk visibility - personal planning The next step is adding AI-assisted schedule adjustment and risk summarization. I’d love to hear how other PMs, founders, and builders manage schedule changes and project risks today.
