This project started from a simple frustration: anyone working with floor plans wastes hours manually measuring rooms, counting surfaces, and copying everything into spreadsheets. It's slow, repetitive, and one small error means starting over. So we built FloorScan AI to do it automatically. You upload a floor plan (PDF or image), and our AI detects walls, rooms, doors and surfaces, then gives you clean, editable data and export-ready reports (metrics, DXF, etc.). What used to take an afternoon now takes minutes. We're already working with paying customers surveyors and BTP pros and their feedback has shaped a lot of what you see today.
