@franksondors Personal struggles to be honest! I went through periods in the past where I struggled to even get an interview and studied everything I could about resume writing and the application process. The pain was the rewriting and revising part since it's so time-consuming. In addition to that, so many of my friends were laid off this year, it came together. @sentry_co I've heard a lot about this, but I feel the pain point is really in the resumes. There are so many talented people out there who may not be showing off their best and relevant skills. Outreach will be much more effective when target candidates are "making themselves seen". I'm hoping Flavored Resume can do just that!

@sentry_co Great question! It's a bit tough to measure as folks are not applying and re-applying to the same role. But I've received great feedback about getting responses from recruiters instead of an auto-reject :)

@dennis_aronov Thank you! I'm exploring adding job titles with respective skills to help build a more holistic definition of "what the job is asking for" when rewriting the resume. Not all job descriptions are comprehensive so this powers up the resume even more!
