FixLink turns a support walkthrough into a clear guide your customer can open without an account. Record in Chrome, edit the steps, publish one link, and collect solved/not-solved feedback. Sensitive-looking fields are blurred by default, and you stay in control of every screenshot.
The auto-blur for sensitive fields is a nice touch, but it would help to let me whitelist specific text patterns (like the last four digits of an account number) that I want to keep visible in the recording without having to edit every screenshot manually.
One thing I'd love is the ability to add annotations or callouts directly on screenshots before publishing, like arrows or highlight boxes to draw attention to the exact button or field the customer needs to click.
