I paid for my Fitnescity evaluation, scheduled my testing, then was notified shortly before my scheduled date that they had cancelled my appointment and rebooked me several weeks later during a time I was not available (without consulting me). When I asked for a refund I was told no. Customer service is extremly slow to respond. There is no phone number to call, so you have to rely on (very slow) email.

I tried the blood biomarker test and received it here at home in Redondo Beach, CA. I love that the results have a lot of info and are easy to read. I didn't get my testosterone though. I was told that the methodology used for testing gives a lot of markers and as result cannot be used for female testosterone testing due to inherently low values. Looks like they'll be releasing a separate hormone test for cortisol, testosterone and other hormones, which makes sense. Other than that the entire experience was great.
