First of all, Happy Birthday Nick! π π π π (I saw it in LinkedIn)
Then, congrats on the launch!
I think that these SaaS decisions are very actual for every company more than 5 employees. I faced this challenge when I was a CEO of a big team (more than 20). I didn't remember birthdays, so we didn't congratulate in time. Also, I didn't have the list of employees, with their additional contacts phone numbers. And one time it was a situation when 1 employee wasn't in touch during 4-5 hours (working day) and I even didn't know, whom to write, call (we all worked remotely)
Also when we hired HR, she didn't know where to sum all the results from 1-1 calls with the employees.
Then we started work with HR system. It didn't suit very good, but it was better than to be without.
It didn't have an opportunity to add custom fields, but I wanted to add "Foreign language level"
So my wishes to you (if you don't have):
- make birthday reminders
- make custom fields
- make summary for HR 1-1, 360 and etc
I believe you will achieve the success. That's the way!

Huge congrats on the launch! Quick question, does "docs management" means work contracts, employee letters, etc? Here in Europe a few companies like to keep all employee-related docs in one place.

Our platform focuses specifically on documents between employees and the company. This applies to employment contracts, corporate policies, and so on. You can use our platform to upload any other documents if you wish.

There are many HR tools out there but firstHR manages to combine lots of features into one package very well and all with an affordable price tag. Congrats on the launch!π₯π₯

Sleek UI/UX and comprehensive features. Supported. One question: how does the APPS feature work? Can I loink any external app and then it will be accessible via iframe on the dashboard or what? How do you secure sensitive info like the app user and password requested for APPS?

For now, we provide integrations only with trusted partners. In the future, we plan to provide access to the platform API.
First thing I notice while diving into a product is whether the user experience is good. Your app can be navigated easily so I am really looking forward to learning more.

As someone in the video world at Videodeck, I can't stress enough how crucial a fantastic team is, especially when translating complex ideas into engaging visuals. Your HR journey sounds so relatable. Quick thought: Have you considered integrating video training or onboarding modules? We find videos amp up team enthusiasm and understanding

Agree! We are considering integrating video training into our training module. We also plan to further develop the onboarding module by adding new functions.
I love how interactive the website is and the emojis used to display the characters that FirstHR is for.
It has about eight features; don't you think that will be overwhelming for users?
