I can not recommend this service to anyone. Good idea, but bad delivery. We waited around 2 months to set up the company, but that's ok. I can deal with it. A year passed, and we upgraded their service to an Agent with the Autopilot plan to file annual taxes - our corporation is a US holding company (doesn't perform operations) so we assumed everything would be straightforward. We filled out forms and submitted them, and everything looked ok in their tool. 3 months later, when we needed the confirmation of filing, their support told us the documents weren't filed because we submitted them after the deadline. They didn't bother to care informing us about it, and told us "we should have known". Why the hell would we need your compliance service if we had known?
The zero support they offer, taking weeks or longer to respond to inquiries, makes me wonder if this is a scam. I'm already using it, but regretting my choice.
I’ve been waiting for over 20 days to incorporate a company. Their support team doesn’t respond or provide an update, and there’s no way to reach someone on a call.
I choose Firstbase to support another startup, and they are making me regret my decision.
Simple - straight to the point and more importantly fast. We we're able to incorporate 2 LLCs in the same day without any issue.
I've had a terrible experience. The app is slow, and I contently need to reenter information. They're more concerned with selling me add-ons than providing the original service I paid for. Overall, very disappointed and would not use them again.
I'll add the email I sent to their customer "service" on why I'm canceling with them:

There are several reasons why I will no longer require your agent services. I spoke with Alec Teller two weeks ago regarding this but it seems our agreements didnt go through:
1) Your agents are UNreachable. For our annual report in WY, I tried to contact him regarding obligations / papers, etc. The phone humber was disconnected with no way to reach them as no one picked up my emails.
2) My new WY agent cost was 35 dlls vs 185 (or whatever cost you are now trying to increase) with NO reliability whatsoever. My new agent is already filling papers as well as the agent change needed.
3) It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with you. One simple question can take up to 12 hrs or even more, as it happened 1st week of Jan where NO ONE in Firstbase could get in touch with me, let alone with my agents.
4) Your business idea is great, unfortunately the followup has become to worrysome for me to have extra worries on top of my day to day.
I will only leave my account with you open. Alec told me the charges for the agents were cancelled but it seems that didnt happen. Please make sure bot agents are CANCELLED. I will look for an alternative in Texas that can answer my emails or pick up the phone when needed.
So far, no response. Hire at your own expense.
