Interesting concept. How will you differentiate from easy does it options - e.g. facebook, twitter etc? (i can see some benefits such as being able to curate a timeline but why would founders be motivated to creating content separately for Fireup?) Perhaps, if it were a solution where one could curate a timeline from pre-existing content (a startups twitter feed or medium posts or instagram or all) then it may motivate me personally.
@nidhi_v_shandilya Hi Nidhi... Thank you for your feedback. Facebook and Twitter is more for branding/selling purposes. Can you show anyone a FB or Twitter link to tell someone your startup story ? Also curating from pre-existing sources is something we are thinking about ! Thanks again.. really appreciate the feedback !
@nidhi_v_shandilya Hey Nidhi, glad you find it interesting.
The main differentiation we feel is that, as a founder, when i interact with other founders, investors, prospective employees etc, the first thing everyone is interested is knowing what is my startup and whats the backstory behind it. Thats where the value would come in as I would not be able to share facebook, twitter or any other social handle for the user to specifically follow my journey.
About creating separate content, we have seen a lot of founders opening up to the platform and posting about pivots, failures, bounce backs etc. Apart from a curated timeline, I think recording all these small things that have made up the culture of the startup can be a motivation.
Completely agree with the your recommendation of curating from pre-existing content. We are currently working on twitter integration, but had not considered Medium yet, but adding it to our plan. Thanks so much for your insights :)

Nice idea! Great to communicate easily with new start-up member's!
Hi Dipti and Rahul... Congrats for getting up in PH. Seriously, it is an interesting and useful tool if used properly by the users. Just one problem - when at first, you start adding a card, the calendar doesn't show dates below 23. But after adding the card, during 'editing' it works.
And currently, the timeline problem mention by @Bryan is resolved while adding. But it still exist in older timelines by users. Just letting you know.
Just one question - What makes you set apart from ProductMap, Creators Log and MockFlow?
Dipti its great to see TechStory kicking in and Rahul Rane - Thanks for remembering me :)
@obthinks@bryan Hey Omkar, glad you found it interesting.
thanks for pointing out the calendar bug, we could debug it and fixing.
About differentiation, I think the ux execution, social interaction on each update, embedding individual updates within blogs and websites are a few points.
