Review of Finmap
"I’m an accountant in a door making company. I run both retail and wholesale areas. Ten or five years ago I could fix all my cases by Excel. But after expanding business, implementing different products, a wide variety of payments, many banking cards, cash on delivery and banking accounts, it needed a more functional program to figure out the right numbers in spreadsheets and reports. In response to my request, the Head of the company proposed to me to fix all these cases with Finmap. After Excel it seemed a bit uncomfortable due all the transactions online and a variety of new tools. Fortunately, I was provided with many video tutorials and after a while got used to all the tools. Significant notice: flexible access system allows to enter data by any who has an access. Such an approach allows me and department managers to focus on creating an accurate budget, analysis and forecasting rather than spending time doing data entry."

Review of Finmap
"The main advantages of Finmap imo are bank integration and visualization. Being able to integrate any of the 2,000 banks eliminates the possibility that your bank is unavailable. I've integrated four banks and now the system pulls timely information together quickly, so I don’t have to spend time consolidating data into reports, dashboards or templates. Since most transactions are made with bank cards, more than 80% spreadsheets are completed automatically. Compared to Excel it is ten times faster, easier and safe. Visual solutions are very suitable for business analysis. It’s great to see charts and understand the financial picture of the business, profit increase for each of two stores for a period. If I need any additional info I can get it in one click. Very convenient.

Review of Finmap
Before finmap, I had a notebook with all the receipts from students and often the money was lost. Now we have managed to automate everything and I finally see how much money I get and who has to pay and when. So I spend more time on the main business which is the operation of the studio, and finances have become a systematic task for 10 minutes a week :)

Review of Finmap
It’s just my own experience, but I hope it might be helpful for someone as well. I have been using Finmap since Y2020. Although it had fewer features then (now there is a planner, new tools for accurate filtration) I noticed the good potential of this service for real cash flow monitoring forecasting. For example, a year ago I had the choice to close my store or continue business. I did an analysis for each kind of product and compared sales results. A curious case — there was a low demand for beer along with excellent sales of some types of sausage. But the impact of both positions was terrific. Can you imagine the low demand for beer? I don’t either, so I decided to change the beer supplier along with widening a product line of lunch meals. Business improved. Thanks to just one analytics tool I got a thriving store in a short time.

A Payment Calendar is the most useful tool of Finmap for any entrepreneur. I use it daily to plan future transactions, purchase goods and forecast payment balance. If the expected amount can cause a cash gap, the program notifies me and I can fix it in advance. Since signing up for Finmap I have made all transactions, in particular product purchases with a Calendar only. Such an approach ensures the business safety and stability. Thanks to developers!

Review of Finmap
My small family business included 3 flower shops when I decided to expand and open three more. In spite of business well-being I needed a whole analysis to make the decision reasonably — what flowers shouldn’t be bought for new shops first time, what is the rent, salary, expenses and how could I make such investments. I was taken in by Finmap advertising as it was relevant to my plans. After a month of trial I got used to it and learned all the tools and capabilities then subscribed and made it as a main program for analysis and reports. I gained a more detailed look at my income statement. Full visibility not only for current position but also forecasting cash flows and P&L for a month or more. It was even more than I had expected. No manual entering of amounts and formulas, no mess, no endless tables with numbers. Simple and handy approach to the running of business. I can recommend 👍

Review of Finmap
"Finmap service was strongly recommended to me by a fellow. Through the payment callendar he had noticed in advance the upcoming cash gap and fixed the issue without significant loss. After this case I decided to give it a try and found it very convenient. I entered all transactions, current and future — revenue tracking, customer payments planning, salary, taxes and capital expenses by dates. Now I can clearly see all the actuals and summary statements of budgeting and react in advance. Also I liked the visual presentation of data without long spreadsheets, numerous formulas and complicated tables. A descriptive material makes analytics viewable and easy-to-view. So I can recommend Finmap for plan, analytic and reporting."

During the period mentioned before I used tools for data transfer, bank account integration, profit forecasting for periods of one to three months. If you're just starting out, use a demo and video tutorials to get you started and visualized faster. Interface is nearly intuitive . I transfered data from Excel without any trouble, after seeing a demo and using a template form. It contains more than ten categories but filling all of them makes analysis faster and easier. Visualization is excellent. All recorded data will be displayed as graphs and charts automatically. Using various filters like date, periods, product etc. you can be flexible in analyzing and in setting priorities — just click on the chart and choose a criteria. In general the program is good and handy apart from a few slight faults.
