Review Fine?
Fine is highly praised for its efficiency in automating software development tasks, making it a valuable tool for developers. Users appreciate its all-in-one solution, which includes backend, database, and authentication features, eliminating the need for additional services. The makers of The Accept Button commend Fine for enabling rapid project completion. While some users note a preference for more diverse UI frameworks, the platform's AI-driven approach and seamless integration are seen as significant advantages for creating functional MVPs and enhancing productivity.

This generative coding platform stands out primarily due to its impressive agentic approach, where the assistant immediately engages with clear onboarding based on my input—outlining what I want to build, how to do it, and providing everything necessary to configure the backend from the ground up. It’s genuinely remarkable and would likely become my go-to solution for rapidly developing functional MVPs.
However, there is a recurring issue I have noticed, not only here but across similar platforms: there is a strong focus on React and Tailwind CSS for UI styling. While this combination is popular, it has become almost ubiquitous and, in my opinion, limits the potential for more innovative or tailored solutions. I would strongly recommend exploring more contemporary frameworks and offering a broader variety of UI design systems, such as Material UI, as well as integrating development libraries better suited to diverse use cases.
While I’ve never been particularly drawn to WordPress and have limited experience with it as a developer, I do see value in the seamless integration between code and customizable UI/UX. Moving toward a drag-and-drop interface, or enabling container reordering with a click, could dramatically enhance the intuitiveness for no-code and low-code users. Ultimately, I believe platforms that blend advanced AI-driven code generation with highly flexible, user-friendly UI customization will be best positioned to serve the next generation of developers and creators.

i haven't tested out every feature, but all the important stuff works great! a pleasant surprise was that fine.dev includes all the features other similar ai or vibe coding tools either don't have or charge you extra for. for instance fine includes your hosting and database/backend so you have everything in one tool to launch your next unicorn!
