Most expense trackers want an account, a bank connection, and a subscription before they do anything useful. Fincend wants none of that. Open it, tap plus, log the expense — under three seconds. Monthly budgets, category reports, and a heat map that makes no-spend days visible. Offline and private. Free to use, with an optional subscription to remove ads. iOS and Android, 7 languages.

Opened it, logged a coffee in under three seconds like they said. The no-spend heat map is a genuinely nice touch, makes streaks weirdly motivating without being preachy about it.
@jarett_rong Thank you, this genuinely made my morning. The no-spend streak effect is exactly the thing I was hoping would land — it's the one screen that changed my own spending, so hearing it click for someone else means a lot. Curious: did a green row make you want to keep it going the next day, or was it more of a "huh, interesting" moment? That distinction is what I'm trying to get right.
Honestly, the no-signup thing is genuinely refreshing. Logging an expense in three seconds without jumping through account creation hoops feels like exactly how this kind of app should work.
@demettozkavevg Thanks — that's the exact bet, so it's good to hear it land. The account-creation wall was the thing that made me give up on every other tracker, so removing it was the whole starting point. One thing I'm still weighing: the flip side of no account is no automatic cross-device sync. For how you'd use it, is staying on one device fine, or is sync something you'd actually reach for?
