What I like about Filaro is that it solves a simple but genuinely annoying problem without overcomplicating things.
Turning a QR code into a virtual queue is a smart idea for barbershops, salons, clinics, and cafés. Customers can join the queue from their phones, see their position and estimated wait, and return when it's their turn.
No app downloads or complicated hardware, and the ability to manage walk-ins and appointments in one queue is a great touch.
A simple, practical product that could make busy businesses more organised and less stressful. Definitely worth watching!

Hey everyone, I'm Azeem, the maker of Filaro.
Filaro is made for small and medium shops where people
wait in line:
- Barbershops and salons
- Clinics and pharmacies
- Cafés
You put one QR code on the counter. Customers scan it to join the queue or book a time,
right from their phone, with nothing to install. Walk-ins and booked appointments land in
the same list on your screen, and you just tap to call the next person. Their phone buzzes
when it's their turn.
Getting started is quick. You sign up, print your QR, and you can have your first customer
in the queue a few minutes later.
It's free for the first 6 months. After that it stays cheap and reliable, because a small
shop's queue shouldn't cost a fortune to run.
If you run a place where a line forms, I'd really like to hear what you think, and what
you'd want it to do next.
Thanks for taking a look,
Azeem
