I use Figma on a daily basis and it is an invaluable part of my design workflow. It's easy to collaborate across a design team (and share files with folks in other domains). It was a massive improvement over tools I used previously. The team continues to release useful updates on a regular basis.

I love Figma, but lately, payment has been a mess. Figma made some members of the team editors. When transferring projects from another figma, employees of another company were added to the team members (and we had to pay for them). This is a great solution, but do not make the payment mechanism like a scam.
