Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Fezer because most productivity apps help you organize work, but few help you understand whether your plans survive contact with reality. Fezer connects the full loop: • Organize your life into fronts and goals • Break goals into actionable steps • Commit steps to real time blocks • Track what you actually do • Compare planned time against actual time • Use the results to plan better It also includes a vision board, notes, attachments, and analytics showing where your time goes. Privacy was non-negotiable. Fezer requires no account and stores everything locally on your device. There are no ads, behavioural tracking, or external servers holding your plans. I originally built it to run my own goals and commitments. Now it’s available on iPhone and iPad.

The time block layout is clean and easy to drag around, and I like that the goal tracker ties back to the calendar so you actually see progress instead of just writing intentions down.
